Purpose of the Event:

The Lippan Art Workshop, organized by MANSI: The Voice of Heart, offers students a creative and stress-relieving experience, promoting mental well-being (SDG 3) through artistic expression. This workshop nurtures artistic skills, fosters mindfulness, and deepens appreciation for traditional Indian craftsmanship. It also encourages teamwork and entrepreneurial exploration in heritage arts, aligning with MANSI’s mission to inspire creativity and build an artistic community at VIT-AP.

Event Description:

Students will explore Lippan Art, a stunning mural craft from Kutch, Gujarat, known for its mirror and mud designs. The workshop includes a brief history, hands-on techniques, and step-by-step guidance to create unique artwork in a calm, immersive environment. Open to 70 participants with a ₹70 fee, this session provides a platform to unwind, express creativity, and embrace cultural heritage with MANSI: The Voice of Heart.
