Rules and Regulations:

-Registration can be done individually or in teams of (2-3) members. -The competition consists of two rounds. -Judging criteria include logical flow, analytical reasoning, innovative solutions, and presentation. -All participating teams will receive a certificate of participation. -Submissions must meet the specified deadlines to be considered. -Team leaders must provide a valid email ID and phone number for communication. -Submission forms will be emailed to participants before each round's deadline.

Timeline:

Round 1: Starts from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM (0900 - 2100 hours) on 27/07/2024. Final Round: Starts from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM (0900 - 2100 hours) on 29/07/2024. Detailed timelines will be communicated via email.

Details about the rounds:

Round 1:

Objective: Teams present an abstract highlighting key points of their ideas related to any one of the given themes. The abstract must contain the consumer base for the written idea, a basic overview of the solution, details of how and where the idea would be implemented, and other such details, within the word limit. Submission: Abstracts must be concise, focusing on essential aspects. Word limit: 500-1000 words. Selection: Top 50 teams advance to Round 2.

Round 2:

Objective: Detailed proposal submission. Components: -Executive summary -Need analysis/secondary survey -Scope of the idea -Algorithm for the overall implementation -Step-wise implementation plan -Impact analysis -Timeline for execution -References -Submission: Detailed proposal format. Word limit: 1000 words. General Information:

Further updates and details will be communicated through email. The decision of the judges is final and will not be negotiated against. The deadlines mentioned above will not be extended under any circumstances.
