About the Workshop

The School of Advanced Sciences (SAS), VIT-AP University, is pleased to organize a Five-day Workshop from 21-25 January 2025, focused on bringing awareness to PhD scholars about various aspects of their research program such as student-guide relationship, choosing a research problem, experimental design, research ethics, academic writing, disseminating knowledge, time management, communication skills, professional networking and career paths. The objective of the workshop is to familiarize the scholars on facing the ups and downs of their research journey with a positive attitude that eventually leads to a successful research degree. The final session of the workshop will discuss on different opportunities and career paths that PhD graduates can pursue to realize their career goals.
