Title: Strategies to Develop Employability Skills: Understanding the Changing World of Work

Objectives:

The EDP intends to:

i. Equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and expertise to succeed in the job market, particularly in communication and innovation.

ii. Familiarize the participants with strategies to develop a range of employability skills.

iii. Help the participants to identify skill gaps and plan skill development to build a portfolio of skills valued by employers and relevant to the job market.
