TITLE: Applied Machine Learning for Software Professionals

Program Objectives

• To provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Machine Learning workflows, Artificial Intelligence concepts, Deep Learning fundamentals, and their applications in modern software industries.

• To develop practical skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, data transformation, and dataset preparation techniques required for real-world machine learning systems.

• To enable participants to understand and implement supervised and unsupervised learning techniques including regression, classification, clustering, and predictive analytics using industry-standard tools.

• To train participants in developing machine learning applications using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn for data analysis and model building.

• To strengthen participants’ knowledge in evaluating and optimizing machine learning models using performance metrics including Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, and Confusion Matrix analysis.

• To provide hands-on exposure to integrating and deploying machine learning models using Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, and intelligent web application development techniques.

• To introduce Neural Networks, Generative AI, ChatGPT, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging AI technologies relevant to current software engineering practices.

• To familiarize participants with real-world machine learning applications, industry case studies, and future trends in AI-driven software systems across healthcare, finance, e- commerce, and enterprise domains.
