About the Workshop

The objective of this workshop is to unleash the emerging deep learning algorithms in the field of medical image processing. Despite the advancements, this area is of utmost importance as there is a significant and growing demand for professionals and researchers in businesses, public agencies, and non-profits organisations. This workshop would provide participants with the guidelines to explore the various algorithms in processing the images like image enhancement, image augmentation, image segmentation and image optimization using python/matlab libraries. This hands on workshop sessions will provide a practical walk-through of relevant medical imaging examples, and tools and lay down a study plan for moving forward in this field.

Objectives

1.To disseminate the knowledge of various state-of-the-art techniques and technologies among students, researchers and faculties.

2.To implement the various the deep learning algorithms for processing the medical images to initiate the research in the field of healthcare.
